End Poverty is a  civil society founded in the year 2009 with the aim to work towards the economic development of poor and needy people in its operational areas . We are a professionally managed , forward looking catalyst organisation that focuses on uplifting rural communities through  customized , innovative and self sustaining development programs . Through innovative thinking and valuable partnerships we serve as  a catalyst for development , focusing on empowering both individuals and communities to make a lasting impact . Our expertise lies in putting plans into action  which we have refined with over 15 years of hands-on experience  at the ground level . We don't just understand the challenges faced by  communities but excel at identifying and implementing  practical solutions that can genuinely transform lives . Our Mission :  To develop  the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged people in India in such a way that they are better able to identify and   help meet their needs  and to participate more fully in society . Our journey began with just 5 villages in Alwar district ,and today we have expanded  our reach to over 1300 villages , impacting the lives of more than 150,000 individuals . 1.Dairy Development We are driven by the purpose of uplifting small and marginal dairy farmers . Hence   we have strategically taken the dairy development program  with the purpose of improving animal productivity , creating an effective value  chain and building the capacity of the farmers . Our overarching goal is to promote the development of  dairy farmers by increasing  their income while ensuring the overall viability of  the dairy sector .  2.Sustainable Agriculture  The agriculture sector faces significant challenges such as small landholdings , lack of infrastructure , poor quality of input supplies and lack of modern scientific knowledge etc. To address these issues we worked with the farmers helping them adopt the best  farming practices through  regular trainings and enhancing their farm income through value chain development  3.Climate Change  We are committed to supporting farmers in mitigating the impacts of climate change on agriculture . Our emphasis on imparting knowledge and promoting resilient  farming  practices to  address the challenges posed by a shifting climate . Our overarching goal is to empower farmers to adapt to the changing climate and ensure the sustainability of agriculture  4.Promotion of Education  We  strive to make  quality education accessible to students across our operational areas by equipping them with the advanced infrastructure and environment where students can flourish , providing them with an educational experience that goes hand in hand with the demands of the modern era . 5.Rural Development Our extensive goal is to facilitate regional development within rural areas by placing a strong emphasis on the critical aspect of infrastructure development . We firmly believe that  the foundation of development lies in the improvement of essential infrastructure  within these communities . To achieve this vision we intend to build the capacities of  rural communities  and identify agents of change from those communities to drive that change.
