As a grassroots organization, our vision is to build a competitive and productive refugee generation by 2030 while focusing on Job readiness, Mentorship, digital, and soft skill training. Our mission is to advocate and break the cycle of poverty by transforming youths into a Knowledge-based economy driven by both Digital and Soft Skills. Advocacy Initiative for Youth Development offers ICT Skills and Soft Skills Training for Livelihood. The ICT Programs cover:

1. Advanced Computer
2. Basic Computer,
3. Digital Citizenship

The Soft Skills cover:

1. Leadership, Peace and Conflict Resolution,
2. Street Business Management

Initiated in 2019, the organization has already impacted the lives of more than 3450 refugee youths, leading to massive job placement opportunities.
