At only 2 years old, our dear Logan has tore his ACL while he was on a run. A border collie and labrador mix, Logan is a sweet gentleman who always cares for others. He is an active team player and loves checking in on our foster while playing with other dogs. A friend to all, you can typically find him on hikes, long walks, playing fetch, or enjoying car rides. He deserves all the treats, belly rubs, and love! Currently, he's been unable to even stand or hold himself together. He's been limping and struggling to get up from his bed. With his eager eyes and at only 2 years old, Logan deserves the world. Help us get him walking again! ACL surgeries are super expensive, they can go up to $10K! I’m Jackie, the Operations Manager at Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue from Pacific Palisades. We are a nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs from high-kill shelters. Tragically, the recent Palisades wildfire completely destroyed our office, which was also our founder’s home. We lost everything. This included essential equipment like computers, desks, and printers, as well as four deep freezers where we stored gently cooked food for our dogs. All of our supplies—dog food, leashes, collars, and beds—are gone. Our ability to operate has been completely devastated. Our office was the heart of our rescue, where we coordinated care for over 70 foster dogs, managed adoptions, and ensured every dog had what they needed to thrive.
