Background Our organization is a Civil Society Organization (CSO) dedicated to promoting justice, eradicating poverty, and empowering marginalized groups, primarily focusing on women, youth, adolescent girls, and persons with disabilities. Our charitable mission encompasses a range of thematic areas to address the multifaceted challenges faced by these groups. Vision: A nation of empowered women, adolescent girls, youth, and persons with disabilities Mission Our mission is to advocate for and advance the empowerment and rights of women, youth, adolescent girls, and persons with disabilities. Through strategic interventions, we aim to eliminate inequality, discrimination, and vulnerability, ensuring full participation in life's social, economic, cultural, and political spheres. Thematic Areas: 1. Protection and Access to Justice:

  • Influence and support the development of laws and policies that protect women against all forms of discrimination and violence.
  • Provide support for girls and women who are victims of violence, abuse, and trafficking.
  • Advocate for labour rights, land property and inheritance rights, natural resources rights, and health and sexual reproductive rights.

2. Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Girl’s Empowerment:

  • Promote sustainable community-based gender-based violence (GBV) prevention through male engagement and the enforcement of community bylaws.
  • Advocate for girls' education in rural communities.
  • Challenge and advocate against harmful traditional practices targeting women and girls.
  • Promote adolescent sexual reproductive health and rights education in schools and communities.
  • Report on and track participation, with 3450 participants reached in 2022, including 5890 females.

3. Education and Training:

  • Promote access to information and participation in education and training programs for girls and women, including literacy classes and vocational training to enhance employment and career development.

4. Promotion of Environmental and Climate Justice:

  • Advocate for sustainable community solutions to environmental justice.
  • Lobby for national reforms in environmental protection and climate change.

5. Economic Empowerment:

  • Promote appropriate and sustainable business development services, including business planning/counselling, entrepreneurship, agricultural value chain initiatives for women and out-of-school youth, product design and development.
  • Provide financial literacy skills training for vulnerable rural women, savings groups, and loan schemes.

6. Women’s Voice:

  • Promote women's participation in decision-making processes.
  • Work towards accessing and redistributing power within communities.
  • Challenge and shift stereotypes through art and media.
