Maa Sharda Jan Kalyan sewa samiti was started and registered 13 years ago.
The goals and aims of the organization are for imparting education to the children of the slum or the outskirts of the city, who do not have access to education, Simultaneously, Voluntary initiative of a group of social Concerned activities and academic with a vision of achieving total liberation and comprehensive empowerment of women and by adopting multigrain strategies.

Maa Sharda Jan Kalyan sewa samiti is committed to develop human potential and the community in the areas of social economic, cultural and self -governance, addressing the livelihood issues and the rights of people, the target community, women, children youths, disabled person and the other unorganized.

Maa Sharda Jan Kalyan sewa samiti is working in prayagraj and chitrakoot District .We work on 11 core pillars of social services that are Education, Skill Development, Oldage Home, Environmental, Rural Development, Agriculture, Gaushala, Health, Art and culture, woman Empowerment, and Youth Development, wildlife Conservation and nature preservation program, Energy Conservation, Tree plantation Combating Desertification ,

Target areas & Target Groups:
Maa Sharda Jan Kalyan sewa samiti is now effective in Prayagraj and Chitrakoot District of Uttar Pradesh, India.The key target groups are Children, Students, disadvantage Youth, rural woman and unorganized rural labourers.

The woman living in Ranipur villages and other villages of Chitrakoot District is very poor.Unemployment is one of the burning issues among women, due to lack of right skills, the poor people unable to utilize the available local resources. The poor woman of Ranipur village forcible migrating to different places in India, and working as a daily labours, construction, workers, cooks, brick workers and daily wages. The woman physically and sexually harssed by brick owner and contractors. They are living in slums getting very low wages.
Adolescent Girls, Widows, Destitute women and Underprivileged Women from remote, rural area and slum are poor and illiterate away from modern changes. There is a need to bring awareness and provide financial responsibilities making women become conversant with the accounts both profit and loss useful to maintain their family, with the training activities woman role will be enhanced in family and community.

MAA SHARDA JAN KALYAN SEWA SAMITI is trying to provide a solution to this.By making Skill Development ( Sewing and Knitting, Fashion Design, Tailoring Embroidery Design) Training to women, we are promoting that there be no gender discrimination but empowerment of women,we are promoting that there be no gender discrimination but empowerment of women for a better life belonging to Conservative and illiterate parents, they are not allowed due to privacy and security reasons.The other very important factors is financial constraints Which makes the parents reluctant to invest too much in education believing that the girls only have to be married off.
Number of Beneficiaries:
Estimated direct beneficiaries are over 300 women in each year.
